Shipping

Where do you ship?

At the moment we ship everywhere in Ireland.  If you would like an order shipped somewhere else in the world, please contact us at info@dee4candles.com and we will get back to you with a shipping estimate

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 3 to 5 business days, However, during December,  shipping times may take slightly longer.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

All orders are sent with a tracking number.  If your item is taking longer to arrive than you would have expected, please check the tracking number with the provider.  This is usually Parcel Motel or An Post.  You will receive a notification either by email or text to let you know that your order has been shipped.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date.   Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after these 14 days.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.  Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged condition, notify us immediately with photo and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.  

How much is the return shipping fee? 

To return your product, you should send your product to:  Dee4Candles, 14, Bru Na Riogh, Naas, Co. Kilare, Ireland, W91D5AK

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return and you’ll receive a gift card/voucher via email for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 14 of the date on which they were purchased.   
  
Please note: The following items are non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Custom-made hampers
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your promised refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dee4candles.com and send your item to: Dee4Candles, 14, Bru Na Riogh, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland W91D5AK
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
