OUR PRODUCTS

Dee4Candles Candles in Glass Tumblers, Candles in Tins, Reed Diffusers, Diffuser Refills, Soy Melts, and Bath Bombs are all handmade in Naas Co. Kildare . We use Pure Essential Oils, Essential Oil Blends, Phthalate Free Fragrance Oils , Natural Base Oils and Natural Salts. Some natural products can be affected by unpredictable variations in texture, colour and appearance, including Frosting, which may appear as wet spots on the Glass. This is a characteristic of soy wax and is completely normal. Soy wax can be affected by the temperature. In Hot weather the soy candle may sweat, or the Essential Oils may come to the surface, This will not affect the quality of your candle . During extreme Cold weather your candle may appear to be cracked at the top. again this is normal, and will not affect how your candle burns. Sometimes wax may contract in very cool temperatures and may retract from the container in full or in part.

Essential Oils come from all over the world and can be subject to price fluctuations. We reserve the right to amend prices of our products, to amend our pure essential oil recipes, or to discontinue products as required without notice.

Cold weather can also affect the appearance of the liquid in your Reed Diffusers and Refills . Some Oils may appear cloudy. This is normal and the oils will go back to clear when they are not so cold.

3rd party items that we resell via our online store are subject further to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer.

ONLINE ORDERS

All offers made by Dee4Candles are without obligation. An agreement is made between Dee4Candles and you the customer when an order is placed. Orders are placed via our online shop. Once the order has been completed and payment has been made, Dee4Candles will accept the order , and will send an order confirmation to the customer via e-mail. You will also be asked for your mobile no. This number is required to complete the shipping process.

Prices

The product price is the price displayed in EURO € for the item at the time of ordering. There may be Product Options related to certain products. These prices will be shown as a + or - of the Main Product. eg. (Tumbler Candles (no box) are listed @ €16.50, Candles in Tins are €9.50 , so this will appear as -7.00) All product prices are the final purchase price. Prices do not include any embellishments or decoration which may feature in the Product Image, unless mentioned.

Payment options

Dee4Candles accepts Visa Debit /Credit, Laser & Mastercard via Stipe and Fondy.  By providing account information at checkout, the customer authorizes Dee4Candles to charge the amount of the invoice to that Credit/Debit card. Your card details are not stored by Dee4Candles, at any time. 

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

Once a product, for which a complaint has been filed, is returned and the complaint approved, Dee4candles will refund the Customer in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation.  Dee4candles strives to do so within 14 days from receipt of the complaint by Customer, but it may be delayed depending on the nature of the product.  Dee4candles reserves the right to refuse any complaint if the product, in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation, proves not to be defective.
